Drawing inspiration from ancient and modern alphabets, I collage together symbols from different cultures and origins in a unified, geometric script. New and undefined words enter our most intimate space, the bedroom. This linen and cotton quilt makes use of appliqué, a traditional quilting technique. This quilt is the 2nd of a series.
